The Malco Theatre is a historic movie theater at 817 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a three-story masonry structure, with an Art Deco facade including a projecting marquee over its main entrance. The theater was built in 1935 by Sidney Nutt, and incorporates as its rear lobby a portion of the Princess Theater, which stood on the site until it was extensively damaged by fire in 1935. The theater is now owned by the Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute, which hosts the annual Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival.

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
